I've been spending a lot more time at the dojo. Had a great sparring session Saturday with a bunch of the black belts and surprised myself by doing really well. I'm sticking to my diet as close as I can. Some days it's harder than others, but again, I'm proud of myself. Four more pounds to my first short-term weight loss goal!
