Still eating too much after dinner, so keeping my calories up too high to lose weight, and lately have not exercised as much due to the heat. At least not gaining weight though, so holding my own is better than gaining. Wt is up and down 2 pounds or so though, but am working on decreasing the calories eaten and increasing the exercise.
FBS 113 today, and edema is a trace. Found out that my water container on my bi-pap was leaking so pressure was down and that is what accounted for my being so tired and sleepy. I finally got to sleep at 2-3 a.m. and slept til 1 p.m. and dreamed and dreamed and dreamed "catching up" on sleep.
Have been achy all over as well and I am sure that was in part from lack of restful sleep. Now just have to get my time of sleep back in sync.
