I seem stuck at 190, but I haven't been to the gym all week, so that might be it. The third week of the month is always terrible for me. I always have my Women in Business Dinner, my Executive Board Meeting and a Chamber Mixer. This week, there is an additional event, causing events Monday through Thursday, allowing me only Sunday and Friday for my workouts.

Saturday is my big speech contest, so I'm gearing up for that. Everyone wish me good luck. I promise to post the video when it's over whether I win or not.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good luck on the contest, public speaking was never something I could do when I was younger, here the last few years, I can stand and talk anywhere!

Good luck on your contest. It's almost always annoying when life gets in the way of workouts. It's been meshing with mine for the past few months.

I'm not so anxious anymore about losing daily pounds and being stuck, this has happened to me twice now. I understand on keto this happens a lot, its your empty fat cells filling JP with water. Google 'Whoosh and squidgy fat'. Especially females get the 'stuck' problem.

Hey thanks for the tip on "Whoosh and squidgy fat'! I have been eyeing my hips and thighs and thinking they look and feel funny. I have firm hard fat, not floppy jiggly fat and right now my hips thighs and upper arms are shaking like jello cubes and the skin is all rippled. Kinda nasty looking really. The article I found when I googled pretty much explained it.
