Just so tired today. Going to try and improve my diet this week. Also get back to my yoga hopefully on a daily basis.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Eternallyvernal - sorry I keep missing you - am kind of "off schedule" these days. Enjoy your yoga - heard that is very effective for that final "body sculpting". I am still in the "body whittling" stage.
