Again yesterday I ended up with food I do not know how to count.
Lunch was a couple of veggie somsas, naan bread and butter chicken. All homemade by one of the ladies at work.
Husband wanted chicken wings for dinner, so we did that.
Now I am not sure if the 0.5 lbs I am up is due to the food or the fact that my cycle is due to start. But 0.5 lbs is not a big deal and will come off again soon.
