Returned from Vacation
To my surprise, I lost 2.5 lbs. I thought people were supposed to gain weight on a cruise? I need to eat more, I don't want to loose anymore weight!!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, good for you. My aunt went on a cruise after dieting and gained 12 lbs! I think that you probably need to add some other foods back into your diet that you haven't been eating - you eat so well, maybe if you added some forbidden foods once in a while you wouldn't see a lot of weight loss? How about pizza? Or maybe some alcohol? I've learned one or two bad occasions doesn't make you gain - in fact a whole weekend of binge eating, while eating well during the week, will allow you maintenance!
