Don't know if it's the colder weather or what but I am craving some comfort food.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've always gained my weight back during the colder months - easier to hide the weight while eating that comfort food. So, understand! I'm not going to allow myself to get into that habit this time. Best of luck on your upcoming race!!

Cold weather makes me want hot cocoa and a homemade pot pie! Maybe try to find healthy alternatives for your favorite comfort foods!
