Wicked Step Monster's Journal, 11 June 2011

It took me 14 days to undo my Memorial Day and PMS damage. In the middle of that 2 week period my scale was up 8 pounds! Talk about mental anguish. I am pleased with myself that I was able to not beat myself up, but rather stay focused. Seeing how hard it can be to recover, hopefully will make me have more resolve the next time some kind of "holiday" comes around.

I am eating clean. I NEED my attention focused on Water as that has been where I have been struggeling lately.
275.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 June 2011:

Congratulations, I only went up 3lbs that same weekend it made me feel it is so not worth it. It is so helpful being on FS I know I would have given up before with only the 3lbs how crazy. Keep up the great work.

Great job getting rid of those holiday pounds! It can be so hard when we are at social gatherings and the people around us are eating any and everything. I did the same over Christmas. Keep up the great work!
