DISCLAIMER: I'm on my period and I haven't pooped in several days.

Now, having said that, I'm really stressed! My best friend is coming to visit (we haven't seen each other in a year), but the part that's stressing my is that she's bringing her husband. And 5 kids. And myabe an extra kid. And the last time she came (with the kids, but without the husband) it almost ruined our friendship. And i'm so worried about that happening this time, too. And I told myself that the next time she came i wouldn't stress out and I wouldn't clean to the point of exhaustion, and yet, i'm doing it all over again. I would not be worried about cleaning so much if it wasn't for the husband, and the extra kid (whose mom is very judgemental).

Anyway, 2 weeks until they get here and I;m eating EVERYTHING in sight! But I am counting the calories. . .

I slacked off on exercising cuz I'm run down and a bit sickly, and we're cleaning like mad. I will be back at it this weekend.

Oh, and one last thing. . .

146.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Calm down and stop the stress eatting. Drink coffee to help you go 1 and 2, my dear it is alright. Don't worry be happy:) Really, I know how hard it is with a houseful. Just try to stay sane. If you get off your diet, just do the best you can to be honest and write your calories and restart after they are gone. Have a good week.
