Hi everyone,


So yeah it's been a year. I've been eating everything dead and seriously subdued recently. According to this site I've regained 11 pounds. I think that's enough to go back on the slimfast routine and see what happens. So today is day 1...here we go again
280.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
