I did 39 minutes at the gym yesterday. It felt pretty good. Today I'm down again. I'm feeling a bit more energetic these days. I also wish there were more hours in the day.
214.8 lb Lost so far: 122.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
