SERIOUSLY???

How annoying... another day and up 100grams (again!!!!)
I even extended my fasting hours yesterday and broke fast at around 14.30 vs. 12.

I kept my food clean, at a very light dinner, and still freaking up.

This is just ridiculous and frustrating.

I just don't understand why my weight keeps going back up to 60 no matter how I adjust my eating - its ridiculous.

Sorry for the rant, but just feeling frustrated and annoyed about this. When I look at how much effort and care I take in my eating you'd think it would be easier.

Are you tracking your intake? You are already at a low weight and have very little to lose. If you are in a healthy range for your height, age, etc. it can be more difficult to get off. Are you exercising? It might be better to focus on fat loss instead of just weight loss (yes they can be different). You can lose fat, go down in sizes and not see the scale move. Protein and high fiber foods tend to help us lose fat better than other food groups. I understand your frustration with the scale. You might need to keep trying different things till you find what works.

Hi Suzi ... i track my intake every single day and quite accurately (as in I actually weigh pretty much everything I eat). But no I don't do any execise at the moment. I've been a LC' lifestyler for nearly three years and really only starting to encounter problems when I quit smoking. Since then things are more difficult. Its only frustrating because when I started out in LC I went down to 54 kilos without any effort what so ever. And now I'm back up and struggling to get below the 60 mark. I admit you are right that I am at a generally decent level weight wise for myself and overall I totally agree that weight alone is very inaccurate. But since I've been tracking for a long time I generally "understand" my body better. So indeed for now its probably just a time thing and I'm just going to ride it through - but sometimes it just gets frustrating how much harder it is now.
