Didn't get to the gym yesterday because of a couple of issues (traffic was one, being delayed by a meeting another) but am happy to see that my weight is down again this morning. Slowly, slowly, I'm advancing towards my goal. One little step at a time.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 121.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
