High school's Journal, 10 October 2014

This week started out great but on Wed Mom was hospitalized (released today)and assigned a project so didn't have as much free time. Thanks to recording food and exercise I was focused. Lost 2.4 lbs. Hope weekend goes well.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
