Stayed the same over the weekend. It's my TOM. Feeling a bit tired, craving chocolate. Thank goodness I have the lites. Weekend was lazy since the kids went to the coast with their grandma. My husband and I didn't know what to do with ourselves the first night without the kids. We quickly came up with a few ideas to pass the time. :) It's great to come on this morning and see the pounds lost over the last few days. It is so inspiring to see that. My goal for the week is add variety with my food, drink ALL my water and walk three days this week with two days of cardio/strength training.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried Crystal Light packets for your water? They are so yummy and make you drink your waters alot faster. Another good idea is to make sure you take some water with you on your walk. Good luck on your loss, I know you can do it! And enjoy that extra special time with your husband, I'm sure it was well needed. =)
