Hoping my moose is heading quickly toward our point of intersection. Mmm. High protein, low fat, and low cholesterol. No steroids or additives either. Yum.

i have had a lot of game ... moose like deer or? never had bullwinkle! hope your paths cross soon.

br, moose is in the deer family, but after you've had the first steak of the season, it's indiscernible from beef... other than being extremely lean.
