Really!!! Ha ha - here are my EXCUSES - haven't exercised in 5 days (starting that 2nd job and working 7 days last week definitely threw me off), had 3 beers last night and it's PMS time!!! Oh and I ate like a pig last night!! :(

Getting my bootie back in gear tonight with exercise again!! Will eat better and hey, I drank the last of my beer, so that's an easy one!!! Can't do much about the PMSing, now can I?!?!
132.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

I am hesitant to comment due to the PMS thing, but I will be brave and wish you good luck getting back to the grind today. ;) I always say that if you can follow your plan 80% of the time, you will be successful. Last night was obviously the other 20%! Sounds like a nice night though, minus the PMS thing. :)

Nothing wrong with a beer or 3 (or more?) every once in a while, especially if it's all part of a night of good fun and good food. Just don't make a habit of it...

You can always restart a diet but you cant get back a fun night with friends.
