I entered my weight this morning on my phone and it does not give the choice for how diet was followed. Reasonably well does not really work as I am not following any diet at this point just cutting back on calories and logging. Starting easy and it is working so go with it, worry about following later when weight loss slows.
When I "started back" on Monday I went back to Calorie Count but they have made so many changes that it is really hard to enter/find foods for tracking. So didn't even complete Monday but moved everything over here and will be using FatSecret now.
Two days done now and not bad, 4.5 pounds lost. Pretty happy with the start, was hungry last night but decided to call it an early night to avoid the pantry. Nice surprise DH came to bed too - so wasn't such an early night.
