So I've been really sick these last few days and wasn't able to work out yesterday because of it. I am starting to feel a bit better but not 100%. I think the cold has shifted into bronchitis but I am going to still force myself to workout. I won't push myself as hard and will pause periodically but yeah. I am not overly worried about the slight gain just because yeah...been sick. I am proud that I only missed the one day so to compensate and get back on track, I have to give up my next rest day but I am not upset over this. I am also going to try and start my workout in the evenings as well.

I am doing my best to try and get my eating back to where it was and be a little more active since I haven't been thanks to this cold. All I have been doing is sleeping when I am not cleaning/working. So yeah, it's been rough but I think I am over the worst of it. Sad thing is, I gave the cold to my sister. :/

I am not going to babble too much since it is getting later in the day and I still need to get mine fully started.

*Oil Pulling: I have been thinking of doing my pulling twice a day and see if it helps heal up those trouble spots more. Like...maybe continue with the 20 minutes in the mornings and then do like 10 in the afternoon. Dunno yet...we will see I suppose.

*P90X3: Thankfully today is a fairly easy workout. Yoga X. I actually really enjoy this workout quite a bit and it has really helped my balance out a lot. Like...I can finally do a proper Half Moon on my left side...just need to work a bit harder to get it right on the right.
