I'm sure it's water weight, but I'm still happy. Very Happy. Last time I started LCHF way of eating, I was frustrated because so many ppl seem to drop weight quickly, while I didn't. Maybe it's because this time I know much more about how to keep my carbs down. I'm focusing on water intake too, which I really havent been getting enough of lately. Today I don't even want to cheat!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

in keeping down the carbs, what are you increasing?....look to increase fat, and not a huge increase in protein.

Again thank you. I will work on increasing fat and I do seem to eat a lot of protein now so I'll adjust that as well.

slow and relatively steady is good. You are more likely to make lifestyle changes instead of being on the yo-yo train.
