74 ways to make pizza more healthy - Greatist

Five hours of hours of sleep, followed by a two hour of drowsing while listening to podcasts. Temperature is 74, but it's 78 inside.

Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.

Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet, mostly to get rid of the bread I baked yesterday in the slow cooker. A lot of it stuck to the sides. Turns out you're supposed to place the loaf on parchment paper so it doesn't do that.
140.7 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wow ya made bread in your slow cooker to tell did it taste good ?? did ya use some spray for the sides ??? or oil ?? to keep it from sticking ?? if it tastes good maybe parchment paper is the answer enjoy and thanks for your support I'm very greatful <3 have a blessed day <3

It tasted fine, although the package expired earlier this year (Did I mention I over-bought at Kroger?) I oiled the sides, but the bread still stuck. Thanks for all you do for the FatSecret community, dreamcatcher10.
