New low! Very good week. I'm quite pleased with my low carb, high fat eating plan. I'm down to approximately 2 meals a day. The book "Keto Clarity" claimed that I would be able to eat less often and it was right.

My numbers have been all over the place this week. Blood glucose was 98 one day and 138 the next day in spite of low carb and zero sugar. My insulin resistance in really rearing its ugly head. My doctor told me raise my Metformin gradually until my numbers stabilize between 70-99 daily.

Busy weekend. I hope I find some down time so I don't feel burned out by Sunday night! Have a good one everyone.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Aren't our bodies crazy? Sorry for your wild blood sugar numbers. I sincerely hope it won't take too long for the Metformin to do its job Congrats on your new low!

NM, it's still just a *little* sad that I still weigh 10 pounds more than a six foot tall man, and I'm a 5'5" woman, but we will pretend that's not the case, haha! I've come a long way, and I'm proud of my progress.
