Worked hard outside moving hundreds of cobble bricks and slate stones only to gain a lb today. Ugh!!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1862 kcal Fat: 139.97g | Prot: 98.70g | Carb: 64.37g.   Breakfast: Real Mayonnaise, raspberries, vegetable oil, MIM Muffin in a Minute, butter,  coffee grounds, half half. Lunch: pepperoni wilson, roasted chicken, cheddar cheese slice, roast beef. Dinner: romaine, olivia's organic, broccoli, black olives, fuji apple salad minus tomato. Snacks/Other: atkins coconut bar, atkins strawberry shake. more...
