So, I saw a significant drop today (for me, at least.) Which makes me feel better about the past few days fluctuation. I have been on this diet for exactly 3 weeks, now, and I've lost 7.8 lbs. I'm not losing as fast as I would like, but I am losing.

Today I swam 900 meters and ellipticalled for 35 minutes. It's such a time investment to workout and swim, from leaving for my gym to getting back home it takes me about 2 hours. It's hard to find the time most days, but I do my best.

Today I won't get home until almost 8 so I won't have a lot of time to get ready for tomorrow. Rush rush rush.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
