yay!

ok normally my rule is not to get too excited right away. But I really didn't see this coming. Tom has arrived so I was expecting a few points up actually.

I did have a pretty low calorie day yesterday but I just didn't really feel like eating. but I made sure to at the very least make sure it went above 1000. I believe to only really eat when hungry but that 1000 calories a day should be the absolute bare minimum.

so the lower weigh in could be just that I had a lower day but still I will hope this is just the start of a positive trend :-)
131.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
