Well, the good thing is I've reasonably maintained my weight. The bad thing is I've been really lazy and not exercising (except this week) much and my eating wasn't the best (more processed foods than usual). However, I am going back to my healthy habits this week. Already seeing a difference. I still want to get down to 138, or maybe lower. I know I felt and looked my best at 138llbs, so that is my goal for now. Well, the number doesn't really matter all that much. As long as I slim down and tone up again.

I got several exercise videos and added even more to my netflix instant queue. That should give me plenty of variety. I really want to try P90X but I just can't bring myself to pay full price for it.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
