I just realized after today's weigh-in, I am officially overweight. YAAAYYYY, no longer obese, just overweight!!!!!

That was the good news. The bad news is in looking at the charts, my goal weight is still overweight. I'd have to go at least 10 lbs lower to get into the regular range. I'll have to think about that as I get closer to goal.

I've been down with a slight fever and summer cold this week, so maybe that's part of this week's loss. I'll take it though.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
