I'm really seeing progress. I'm finding that for me varying what I eat and not sticking to one unflexible plan is working best for me. This week I'm down another 1.4lbs an over all total of 15.4lbs since I started.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
