I modify the plan to fit my needs now. Like last night when I had a craving for grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup I did not deny myself. I just try to stay away from teh empty calories and bad snacking habits. And we cook dinners from our trusty fat flush cookbook.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Its good you are cooking from the fat flush cookbook. You are keeping your family healthy and heading in the right direction. Just don't do too many grilled cheeses. Once you get over 40 this weight will become harder and harder to keep off so I am glad to see you are learning to adapt while you are still in your 30's. Good luck.
