Doing well. I am forcing myself to exercise and it helps.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   losing 0.4 lb a week

I always feel better after going for a walk it seems... tomorrow it is supposed to rain as you know living here in New England, at least thunderstorms maybe... today I bought some pepper plants, maybe tomorrow I will get some other things, my friend may get me some green bean plants - he said they're easy to grow. The onions, tomatoes and pepper plants seem to be doing well with the warm sunshine...
