I worked all week as an usher at my church assembly. Walked about 14,000 steps per day. Grapes, carrots, water, water, water...I unfortunately was super busy and skipped a few lunches. Not good! Now I have to get back to the gym and keep this going.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
