Took nothing to help me sleep.
but couldn't get to sleep so at 12:03am I took one Ambien (zolpidem tartrate).
No neck pain. Slept good. woke 6:30am, so 6.5 hrs good sleep.
144.5 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
