So I haven't lost any weight in the last few days, but I am well on my way to where I want to be. I have decieded that I need to make it a priority to check in here every morning because if I don't I do have the tendancy to "slip up". It seems I am more likely to cheat if I haven't checked in! HAVE A BLESSED MEMORIAL DAY ALL!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
