Back to under 10 lbs to go. Yay.

There hasn't really been anything to report this week. Busy at work, eating on plan, etc. ;) Hope by buddies are doing well. o/
164.6 lb Lost so far: 55.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
