Well, I've come to the conclusion that I am an "emotional eater". The past couple of weeks have not been that great and my food diary shows that. I have no excuses. I will just let my future weight loss show for itself.

I hope all of you are doing well.
173.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
