I am so excited! 5 weeks-10 lbs! I havent even been working out-so imagine how much I could lose if I did that! So my goal for this week is to exersize at least 3 times.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 3.4 lb a week
