I did well yesterday. Picked up a beef kabob plate, but skipped most of the rice pilaf and did not eat the roll. No coffee either, just green tea. Just had some oatmeal with stewed cherries and peaches and a little granola. I should check the sugar content of that granola, but I feel great today! Falling off the wagon was a good wake-up call for me. I can see such a dramatic difference, and I don't want to feel like shit again.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Focusing on how we feel is key as it prevents us from going back into those sugar coma's or food hangover blahs! We are doing well CoCo...it just takes patience and practice on this taking better care of ourself journey! TOWANDA!!!!

Coco... granola is really over rated... so I usually don't eat that... just lots of sugar and carbs. Those granola bars are for those that can't eat real food... because they are on the go! That's the only time I would eat that... and really would be my last choice!
