walking 3 miles daily...got flu shot yesterday...arm red and swollen..

weighed 120.2

going down to 114 no matter what..has to help everything...
118.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
