Well I'm up about 1.5 lbs, but it's to be expected and I haven't weighed in for almost 2 months. But, I'm working on it and I'm not up as high as I thought I would be. I'm going to try to be positive and keep moving forward.

Yesterday we took one of the office ladies out for lunch because it's her 60th Birthday Saturday. We ended up at Panda Express and they had none of the lower calorie items available, so I got regular stuff, but only ate about half. Then she brought in a cake and gave everyone a piece and it was delicious and I enjoyed it, and thankfully I didn't snack a lot yesterday. I should do okay today, better than yesterday with fast food and cake at least. :)

I got a workout in last night, and I'm glad I did it. I actually did it after dinner because it was a strength workout, so not a lot of jumping around or running, and I did fine (I hate working out after I eat). Today is a walk, so I'm going to try to get that done while I'm waiting for my daughter to get done with practice. Then the kids and I are going to help my mom pack, so that could burn a few calories. We're helping them move a bunch of stuff to the new house tomorrow, so the run I was planning on may be moved to Sunday.

All in all, I feel like I'm starting to get back on the right track. I'm feeling motivated to exercise and trying to make better food choices. Little by little I'll get there, but it's hard and it will take time.

i have the same thing at my house w the veggies, except they r all skinny and im the only one fat... what i am trying to do is just replace the starches on my plate with salad..so no pasta, potato, or rice.....plus no sweets or alcohol...then i doo a 30 mn walk during lunch, 10 high rep weights for lean muscles and take a 30 mn bike ride after dinner..thats it--workin for me sorta--good luck---fatty ed

Great work! It is always hard to get back on track after a small break...you are aware and starting to incorporate the exercise again so no worries - you will be back down in no time!
