Stressful day!!!
Usually doesn't get to me but it did today!!!
Gonna take 10 Atta-Boys to make up for this AW-Sh**!!! LOL!!!
Keep the faith my friends!!!
318.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Here's a shed loads of atta-boys! We're all in this together, some days are good, some not so. The important thing is that you have a good think about your stressful day, try and find out what went wrong, then make a plan to side step, before best foot forward towards tomorrow! You're doing great, don't lose sight of that! Atta Boy! Lol
