After the labor day weekend is did not weigh myself yesterday; afraid of what it would look like after eating and drinking like a small 3rd world country would!!!

So losing down to my low of 208.8 this morning is damn good!

How did the long weekend treat you?
208.8 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's funny how sometimes you think after all you eat you would gain and then you lose and when you don't eat very much you gain. Glad it worked out for you.

Between the weekend and spending 3 days sitting and sewing my daughter's costume, I was up 4 pounds. I never did figure out how I suddenly dropped those 4 (it might have been my thyroid in overdrive - medicine adjusted). I'm back on track now as if the sudden drop and gain never happened and I'll get some good walking in tomorrow.
