Hello, I understand how you feel, been good on food and weight keeps on creeping up. I noticed your food allowance RDI is 1600 calories a day, i believe thats a little low for you, also i peeped at your food diary and saw two days in the red and others really low. Another thing i saw no excerise in nine days recorded, just walking for ten mnutes will start to kick in a weight loss. I suggest upping your food intake to 1800a day, record everything.....everything, walk ten mins a day and drink at least eight glasses of water. Sending you positive energy to get this weight loss moving, good luck :-)

I been forgetting the fitness log. I mostly been walking on the treadmill for at least 15 mins. It been hard to go more because of my 2 kids they are very young and are attention hogs. I did some of a Jane fonda work out that I found on amazon prime.

If you gained 7 pounds in a week, something is going on. Are you tracking all your food honeslty? Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? Are you measuring out your portions correctly? Eyeballing will tend to get you way more calories than you think. You may also have to play around with calories. Studies also show people who don't track tend to eat 30% more than they think they do. Are you drinking water? Yes, it can make a big difference to many people. Are you taking in too much sodium? Are you eating too many processed foods and not enough fresh whole foods? Sometimes WHAT we eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. That time of the month can cause weight to go up for a week or so. Are you being active? You don't just have to do formal exercise. Take the kids out to the park and chase them around. Slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Squeeze in the workout videos a few times a week when you can. You need to evaluate what you are doing and eating and see where you can make positive changes. You aren't a failure. Weight loss as a big learning curve and you have to learn what works and what doesn't. Good luck!

I am recording everything I eat and truthfully. I have been exercising at least five days a week. I been on my treadmill at least 15 mins and then I do 30 crunches, jumping jacks, push ups and another 15 mins on the treadmill. I also have pcos which makes things go crazy weight wise.
