Yay down 100 grams! I have been stuck over 93kg for ages so it is nice to see it under a bit, even if just for today LOL.

Doing so much zumba exhausted me, so I could barely function for the past two days apart from an hours walk on Sunday. Today I will be doing Zumba again, but maybe only 20 minutes as it is so intense LOL.

Have an appointment today with my thyroid doctor, then hopefully that is all the medical stuff done for a while - I hope!

Cooking up some chicken for breakfast, been eating chia seed pudding off and on throughout the day for fiber - even hubby is eating it! We call it caviar ROFL!!!!!


204.8 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
