My calorie average for August was 1740 and my weight is 55.4kg. I aim for an average of 1640 calories for september and a weight of 54.4kg.
122.1 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol deb i've got the swiss food diary now too so it's mostly in German! But the foods are similar that i'm eating!

Good for you! ❤ I saw a buddy of mine ate 1/2 of an English Gem Squash, and that is a food in the English language but I didn't know what it is. I checked google images and recognized it. :)
