Breakfast: Low Calorie Cranberry Juice Drink with Vitamin C Added, Instant Oatmeal - Maple and Brown Sugar, Honeydew Melons, coffee. Lunch: joseph's flax, diet coke, newman's own light honey mustard, sara lee turkey, activia light, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: spaghetti sauce , parmesan cheeze, Pepperidge farm light style bread, i can't believe its not butter, ronzoni smart taste, healthy creation creme bars.
