Added a bit of fiber to my diet, stair master, squats and heavier lifting and weight fell off. Wohooo!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

congrats on your weightloss! fiber works wonders. Did you add a fiber supplement? or just fiber rich foods?

I actually found some somewhat healthy fiber bars from Kroger. They are called All-Natural F-Factor Cinnamon Apple bars. 12g fiber 8g sugar for a whoppin 150calories.
