Rewarded myself by a diet-less day yesterday. (hey if the world was gonna end yesterday I didn't want my last day on earth to be on a diet) I promised myself once I hit the 1/2 way point I would. I didn't go way overboard, although I show a .8lb gain. I had a piece of rye toast with my eggs, for lunch I ate at Chipoltle (corn tortilla tacos) and a diet coke, and for dinner I was really craving a summery meal, had BBQ chicken (with sugar free BBQ sauce 0 carbs) and coleslaw (made with splenda) and I had to have 1/2 an ear of corn. The only thing really bad thing i consumed was a gas station cappacino (loaded with sugar!)

I didn't have time to exercise but a short walk yesterday, and shopping & housework, but I will go swimming today.

I'm going strawberry picking today as well.

Tried on many new bathing suits yesterday and found I was at an in between size (which sucks). I can't quite fit into a 14 without it looking bad and the 16 is a bit loose. If I just wait another 2-4 weeks the 14 will be fine. I can't see spending 35 bucks on a suit I'll just shrink out of in a month.
