Really went off my diet today. Went out with some friends and ate a 6 oz steak, green beans, mashed potatoes, french onion soup, and vanilla cheese cake. I will be going right back on the induction tomorrow.
281.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 151.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
