Just checking in. Been on vacation for the last month and a half and haven't been keeping a separate paper journal for my diabetes. At least I've been keeping my Fatsecret up to date. Kinda have to in order to calculate carbs for my insulin boluses. Weight is staying between 160 to 165 without much conscious effort on my part. Being constantly on the move all day doing minor repairs and upgrades around our vacation home makes it pretty much impossible to eat enough Paleo to gain any weight, and no time to get bored and eat off program.
