Today I have an all day meeting - they are serving lunch, so I'm not sure exactly WHAT stuff they will be serving. History has shown, its not usually 'healthy' - fried chicken, brownies, coleslaw, bbq, chick fil a, chips, danishes - so I've already figured that into my day.
Worked out this morning - up at 5am, and did 60 minutes - Sculpt (with 5lb weights, not the 3lbs I had planned). After the Turbo Scuplt I felt like doing the 20 minute cardio workout. Insane? Hmm, I'll let you know! But right now I feel great. Just had breakfast...getting ready to take vitamins. Started the water for today. Hanging out with Rufus this morning. Getting ready to step it up a notch and get ready for the meeting.
Acid reflux has zapped my tongue again. ARGH. Herbal tea today...the 'get charged.' Trying to not get coffee today...if I do, guess it should be decaffeinated.
